Remember the things you learned about yourself and about your character. Create two categories: strengths and weaknesses. Start of defects . What did you do which is why you felt bad? Think about procedures for which you have had bad consequences. For example : gossiping friends, using too much alcohol, unhealthy food, being lazy, naive... Define your failures and don't look out of self-criticism. Put your conclusions on paper and before you get discouraged think about your strengths. Remember your nice gestures and good deeds. Think about great things you want to do in this year. Also put them on a list
